I am in need of assistance to move into a new place due to my landlord not being able to handle the fact I have a disability.  They are not willing to accommodate me. I have barely any money and I'm scared I'll be homeless if I don't get help.

I am a college student at Dana College. I am studying social work. I don't see myself getting through this year if I don't have a place to live or gas to even get me to school everyday. I'm scared I'll have to live in my car.  I can't even afford the co-pay on my medications so I'm going without my blood pressure and heart medications.
